Abstract

We understand "available lexicon", the set of words that speakers have in their mental lexicon and they use under the dictated conditions by a concrete subject that they want to communicate. The study of the available lexicon has the objective of collection and subsequent analysis of the lexicon of a specific community, then try to discover what words a speaker would be able to use in certain communicative situations.
