Abstract

The aim of this study is to analyze students’ and teachers’ competencies, beliefs, and attitudes concerning (1) the integration of the ludic component and (2) a collaborative use of ICT in a high-tech high-school of Madrid. For this purpose, I propose a qualitative approach to the analysis of two semi-structured questionnaires for teachers and students, triangulated with my personal field notes and an external observer’s considerations.
The results highlight, among other things, that competencies shape the beliefs and the didactic decisions of both teachers and students when dealing with these two educational strategies in the teaching-learning process.
