Abstract

The aim is to conduct a series of considerations on the error analysis (EA) applied to second language learners; methodology that has lasted more than two decades in applied linguistics to the teaching of Spanish as a foreign language. These pages are a brief presentation of the process beginning with the construction of the corpus and its characteristics, a detailed comparative analysis and classification error of different authors, a principle of explanation of the psycholinguistic mechanisms that lead to the production of error and finally their treatment options.
