This article examines the article“Pronouns: Students’ Worst Enemy in the Foreign Language Classroom” by Maripaz García , and discusses its state of the art, methodology and results in the light of the theories of quantitative and corpus linguistics, contrastive linguistics, error analysis and applied linguistics as a whole.
